SHIPPING & RETURNS
At MYOLYRA we want every shopping experience to be smooth and reliable. All orders are carefully processed within one to two business days and once fulfilled they are shipped to you with an average delivery time of around five business days. As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email along with a tracking number so you can follow your package until it arrives. Please note that shipping times can sometimes vary due to courier delays or other circumstances beyond our control, but we always work to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return it within fourteen days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and unworn, with all packaging and tags intact. For hygiene reasons opened skincare products cannot be returned. To start a return simply contact us at [Insert Email Address] with your order number and reason for return and we will provide you with the instructions and return address. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once your return has been received and inspected we will process your refund to the original payment method and this will usually appear within five to ten business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product or size the fastest way is to return your original item and place a new order through our website. In the rare case that your order arrives damaged or incorrect please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging and we will resolve the issue quickly at no additional cost to you.
